The Lake Placid Sinfonietta is the Adirondacks' Orchestra, unleashing the power of music to entertain, educate and inspire people of all ages.
The Lake Placid Sinfonietta is a professional summer chamber orchestra of twenty top orchestral musicians from across the country. Originally a private Hotel Orchestra in 1917, the Sinfonietta is proud to have been a community supported non-profit for the last 40 years. 2026 Park Series Dates
Held weekly on Wednesdays at 7:00p.m. at Mid's Park in Lake Placid, this outdoor concert series is free for all to attend. Enjoy the sounds of the Lake Placid Sinfonietta lakeside! (Rain site: St. Agnes Church)
